Welcome to our General Terms & Conditions of Booking page! Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about reservations, payments, cancellations, and what’s included in your journey. Wine Tours in Style is a trading name of Infinite Senses Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16286174), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a tour with Wine Tours in Style (“Wine Tours”, “Wine in Style”, the “Tour Operator” or the “Agency”), you (“You” or the “Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all participants and for notifying the Tour Operator of any changes or cancellations.

2. BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed, and a contract is formed once the Tour Operator issues a written confirmation after receiving the applicable deposit and required personal information.

It is your responsibility to review the confirmation carefully and notify the Tour Operator immediately of any errors or omissions.

3. PAYMENTS

To confirm your booking, the following payment schedule applies:

  • 40% deposit at the time of booking.
  • Remaining 60% balance due no later than 45 days before departure.

During peak seasons or high occupancy, the final payment deadline may be brought forward. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance.

If final payment is not received by the due date, Wine Tours in Style reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.

For each traveler, the following information is required:

  • Full name (as per passport)
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Email address
  • Meal requirements (dietary restrictions or allergies)
  • Arrival and departure details (airline, flight number, schedule)

For bookings made less than 45 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: Credit card or bank transfer. The Client assumes all wire transfer fees.

4. CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT

All modifications to an existing booking must be confirmed in writing by the person who made the original booking.

  • Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs imposed by the Tour Operator or its suppliers.
  • While the Tour Operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

5. SUBSTITUTION OF A CLIENT

If a participant is unable to travel, a transfer of the booking to another person may be possible, provided that:

  • A written request is made at least 45 days before departure.
  • The substitute participant meets all the eligibility requirements.
  • Additional fees and airline rebooking charges may apply.

Airline and railway companies may impose 100% cancellation fees and require the purchase of a new ticket.

6. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Cancellations must be communicated to Wine Tours in Style in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Up to 60 days before departure: 25% of the total tour price.
  • From 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
  • From 29 days before departure until the start of the tour: 100% of the total tour price.

If part of a booking is canceled, the remaining travelers may be subject to additional charges, such as single room supplements.

Flights & Train Tickets: Unless otherwise stated, airline and train tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.

7. CHANGES & CANCELLATION BY WINE TOURS IN STYLE

Wine Tours in Style will make every effort to operate all tours as advertised. However, in certain situations, modifications or cancellations may be necessary due to prevailing local conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a major change occurs after booking, the Client will be informed as soon as possible.
  • The Client may choose to:
    • Accept the change.
    • Select an alternative tour.
    • Cancel the tour and receive a full refund, unless the change is due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes: War, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, airline cancellations, government restrictions, and other uncontrollable events.

Wine Tours in Style is not liable for any additional costs or losses resulting from tour modifications beyond our control.

8. AGE, FITNESS & PARTICIPATION

  • Minimum age: Unaccompanied minors (under 18) cannot participate in tours. Older teenagers may be accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Fitness Requirements: Clients must be fit enough to complete the selected itinerary. Clients over 70 may be required to provide medical clearance.
  • Tour Operator’s Authority: If a participant’s health or behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of the tour, the Tour Operator reserves the right to exclude them from part or all of the trip without refund.

9. PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

  • The Client is responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visas, and vaccinations as required for the destination.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the tour ends.
  • Wine Tours in Style does not provide medical advice. You should consult a physician regarding vaccinations and travel health precautions.

Some destinations may have limited access to medical care. The Tour Operator is not responsible for medical facilities, treatments, or costs incurred during the trip.

10. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, mobility assistance) must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • While Wine Tours in Style will make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all needs will be met.

11. ILLNESS OR DISABILITY

  • Clients with pre-existing medical conditions must declare them at the time of booking.
  • If a Client fails to disclose medical conditions that impact the trip, they may be excluded without refund.

12. LOCAL LAWS & REGULATIONS

All travelers must comply with local laws in the countries visited. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.

13. TRAVEL INSURANCE (MANDATORY)

All travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Personal accident and medical expenses.
  • Emergency evacuation and repatriation.
  • Personal liability.
  • Trip cancellation and lost baggage.

Proof of insurance must be provided before the tour begins. Clients without valid insurance will be denied participation without refund.

14. PRICES & SURCHARGES

  • Tour prices may change before or after booking due to fluctuations in costs (e.g., fuel prices, currency exchange rates, taxes).
  • If the total price increases by more than 3% for bookings made at least 6 months in advance, or by more than 2% for later bookings, the Client will be responsible for the difference.

15. AIRFARE

  • Tour prices do not include international or domestic flights unless explicitly stated.
  • Flight schedules are subject to change. Wine Tours in Style is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines.

16. COMPLAINTS

  • If you have a complaint during your trip, you must notify the tour leader or the Wine Tours in Style team immediately so we can address the issue.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days after the tour ends.

17. OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Wine Tours in Style ensures that all tours are delivered as described in the final itinerary.

However, we act only as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other third-party services. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries, illness, or loss caused by third-party suppliers.
  • Delays, strikes, accidents, or force majeure events.
  • Additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

18. AMENDMENTS
