A graduate of École Hôtelière de Lausanne, I spent decades in luxury hospitality and tourism before dedicating my life to wine, gastronomy, and cultural immersion across South America.

Guided by Claudio Zucchino — winemaker, philosopher, and wild soul with a Life PhD — we listened to the mountain breathe.
Then we climbed higher, to cava Mina Moya, near the sky at 11,811 feet (over 3,600 meters). Just outside the underground cellar, we raised our glasses for a birthday toast — L’chaim, to life — as a condor soared above, stirring the air and our emotions.
We tasted Uraqui, a bold blend of Malbec, Syrah, and Merlot — a wine shaped by altitude and soul.
