Daily Highlights:
✹ Soar Above the Vineyards at Sunrise.
✹ Toast the Moment with local sparkling Wine.
Your experience begins just before sunrise, meeting your ballooning team at Gilberto Lavaque Airport in Cafayate. As the valley slowly awakens, you’ll arrive at the launch site to meet your ballooning team and receive a short safety briefing. With the light of dawn spreading across the sky, you take flight.
Drifting gently over the Calchaquí Valley, the silence is profound, broken only by the occasional burst of flame as your balloon ascends. Below you, vineyards stretch toward the horizon, framed by rugged mountain silhouettes and ochre-colored cliffs. It’s a privileged view few ever experience.
After approximately 45 to 60 minutes in the air, you touch down softly in a quiet corner of the valley. There, a chilled glass of sparkling wine awaits — the perfect gesture to toast the magic of the morning. After the flight, you’re returned to Gilberto Lavaque Airport in Cafayate, with the rest of your day open to continue your wine discoveries, indulge in gourmet experiences, or simply relax.
