By booking a tour with Wine Tours in Style (“Wine Tours”, “Wine in Style”, the “Tour Operator” or the “Agency”), you (“You” or the “Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all participants and for notifying the Tour Operator of any changes or cancellations.
Your booking is confirmed, and a contract is formed once the Tour Operator issues a written confirmation after receiving the applicable deposit and required personal information.
It is your responsibility to review the confirmation carefully and notify the Tour Operator immediately of any errors or omissions.
To confirm your booking, the following payment schedule applies:
During peak seasons or high occupancy, the final payment deadline may be brought forward. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance.
If final payment is not received by the due date, Wine Tours in Style reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.
For bookings made less than 45 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Reservations must be made no later than 72 hours before the tour start time.
We do not accept bookings within 72 hours of departure to ensure smooth coordination with our trusted local partners.
To secure your spot instantly, we recommend using instant payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or crypto.
We accept bank transfers in USD through Wise.

Note:
– For domestic US transfers, please use ACH or Wire with routing number above.
– For international transfers, use the SWIFT/BIC code.
– Payments generally arrive within 1–3 business days (US) or 1–5 days (international).
Bank Transfers (Wise or SWIFT):
– The Client is responsible for all wire transfer fees.
– Please note that processing fees charged by Stripe, WooPayments, Plisio, Wise, or other providers are non-refundable in case of cancellation and will be deducted from any refund issued.

In order to organize your tour efficiently and ensure smooth coordination, we will request the following details after confirmation:
For private rentals such as Airbnb, please provide the complete address (street, number, floor, apartment, neighborhood) to ensure timely pickup.
All modifications to an existing booking must be confirmed in writing by the person who made the original booking.
If a participant is unable to travel, a transfer of the booking to another person may be possible, provided that:
Airline and railway companies may impose 100% cancellation fees and require the purchase of a new ticket.
Cancellations must be communicated to Wine Tours in Style in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:
If part of a booking is canceled, the remaining travelers may be subject to additional charges, such as single room supplements.
Flights & Train Tickets: Unless otherwise stated, airline and train tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.
In the event of a refund following a cancellation, payment processing fees (charged by Stripe, WooPayments, Plisio or other payment providers) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Wine Tours in Style will make every effort to operate all tours as advertised. However, in certain situations, modifications or cancellations may be necessary due to prevailing local conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Force majeure includes: War, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, airline cancellations, government restrictions, and other uncontrollable events.
Wine Tours in Style is not liable for any additional costs or losses resulting from tour modifications beyond our control.
Some destinations may have limited access to medical care. The Tour Operator is not responsible for medical facilities, treatments, or costs incurred during the trip.
All travelers must comply with local laws in the countries visited. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.
All travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
