In the old stone mill, Tenaz and Tozudo reveal themselves slowly — wines that carry the weight and wildness of this place in every glass. After dinner, step outside. Galaxies visible to the naked eye. Some moments don’t need words.

Day 6Inca Ruins, Fire & Roots

On horseback through dramatic Andean landscapes, the steady rhythm of the ride bringing you fully into your body, fully into the present. The Inca ruins of Pucará de La Reyna appear on the ridge — silent, enduring, humbling. Back at the finca, learn to make empanadas salteñas with local hands. As night falls, gather around the asado fire. Feel its warmth. This is one of humanity’s oldest rituals — and tonight, it’s yours.

Day 7The Road Back: Cachi & Los Cardones

The return to Salta is a journey in itself. Lunch in Cachi, one of Argentina’s most beautiful colonial villages. Then the Recta del Tin Tin — a dead-straight Inca road stretching to the horizon at altitude — and Los Cardones National Park, where giant cardón cacti stand like sentinels across the mountain desert. Salta by evening. A free night to wander, eat, and let the week settle.
