Today, prepare for an epic ascent into the Andes as your guide leads you to Viñedo de Moya, standing at over 3,300 meters (10,800 ft) — one of the highest vineyards in the world. Meet the visionary winemaker, philosopher and poet behind these extraordinary wines. Explore the Cave of Wonders, a former mine turned underground cellar, and enjoy a privileged tasting of Uraqui, a 96-point blend praised by Tim Atkin, paired with a picnic at 3,600 meters — where the air is thin, but the flavors are intense.
